"New Fund from Crow Holdings Raises $3.1B"

Dallas-based Crow Holdings has successfully closed its latest real estate fund, Crow Holdings Realty Partners X, with a total of $3.1 billion in commitments. This marks the largest raise to date for the group, representing a 35% increase from their previous fund which raised $2.3 billion.

The primary focus of Fund X is on value-add investments in various real estate assets across the United States, with an emphasis on industrial and multifamily properties. The fund also includes opportunities in specialty sectors such as manufactured housing, convenience retail, self-storage and student housing. So far, over 25% of Fund X’s capital has been allocated to 14 different investments.

With this final close for Fund X complete, Crow Holdings’ total capital raised through all ten vintages of their U.S Diversified Value-Add Real Estate Funds and other managed vehicles now exceeds $15.6 billion since its establishment in 1998.

This successful fundraising effort demonstrates Crow Holdings’ expertise and strong track record within the industry as they continue to expand their portfolio through strategic investments across diverse sectors within the U.S market.
