Peregrine Economics, a renowned economic consulting firm founded by industry experts and Chicago natives Chad Coffman, Peter Hickey, Candice Rosevear, and Scott Walster will establish its headquarters in downtown Chicago starting in 2024. The company offers independent analysis of economic and financial matters.
According to co-founder Scott Walster – formerly an assistant director and financial economist at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission – Peregrine Economics has signed a five-year lease for 6,500 square feet at 125 S. Wacker Drive with plans to start with a team of 25 employees upon opening. This news was reported by the Chicago Business Journal.
“We are thrilled to announce the launch of Peregrine Economics as we bring unparalleled expertise in economic consulting services,” stated Chad Coffman who is also serving as president for the firm. The chosen location for their office is situated within West Loop’s prestigious Class A building known as “125 South Wacker” which spans over an area of approximately 566,454 square feet under management by Hines since last year.
