Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) has recently made three key executive appointments, signaling ongoing changes in leadership within the pharmacy company.
Mary Langowski has been appointed as Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Healthcare, succeeding John Driscoll who will now serve in a senior advisory role. Langowski brings with her six years of experience from Solera Health, where she was most recently CEO and focused on value-based technology for payers and employers.
Manmohan Mahajan has been named Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer after serving as interim CFO since July 2023. He joined Walgreens in 2016 and brings extensive financial expertise to the role. Elizabeth Burger joins WBA as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer after previously holding the position of Senior Vice President CHRO at Flowserve, a global provider of flow control products.
These new executives will report directly to Walgreens CEO Tim Wentworth and join WBA’s current executive committee.
