L&L Holding Company has recently announced the appointment of Jonathan Tootell as Executive Vice President of Leasing. In this role, Tootell will be responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts across L&L’s impressive eight-million-square-foot portfolio in Manhattan. With over two decades of experience in New York commercial leasing and a strong background working with top brokerage firms on various project types, Tootell brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.
In addition to managing leasing for properties such as 425 Park Avenue and 195 Broadway, Tootell will also play an integral role in ongoing mixed-use development projects like Terminal Warehouse in West Chelsea and The Wynwood Plaza located within Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District.
