**New Empire Corp. Tops Off Centric Condominiums in Sunnyside East**
New Empire Corp. has officially topped off construction on Centric, the tallest residential condominium development in Sunnyside East. This milestone follows a record-breaking $1.512 million penthouse sale — the highest condo sale in the history of both Sunnyside and Woodside.
Located at 58-01 Queens Boulevard, at the intersection of Sunnyside and Woodside and adjacent to Long Island City, Centric will offer 131 luxury residences. The development also features a comprehensive array of lifestyle-oriented amenities designed to appeal to modern urban buyers.
