LC Liquidations Relocates Headquarters, Launches Discount Retail Division Near BWI Airport
LC Liquidations, a company known for acquiring closeout and returned merchandise from major big-box retailers, is relocating its corporate headquarters and launching a new discount retail division in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The company will establish operations at the International Trade Center through two new leases with St. John Properties, Inc.
The new location encompasses a total of 12,300 square feet. LC Liquidations is moving from Cromwell Business Park, another Glen Burnie-based property owned and managed by St. John Properties. Lacey Johansson, Assistant Vice President of Leasing for St. John Properties, represented the landlord in the lease agreements.
The company’s new headquarters and warehouse operations will occupy 5,100 square feet at 510 McCormick Drive. In addition, LC Liquidations will open its new retail concept, Deals & Steals, in a separate 7,200 square foot space. The facility offers nearly 56,000 square feet of flexible R&D space, with features including 16-foot clear ceiling heights, rear dock and ramp loading, and free surface parking.
This move marks a significant expansion for LC Liquidations as it enhances its retail presence and operational capabilities in proximity to Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airport.
