Greystone has recently announced the appointment of Sarah Laubinger as Chief Operating Officer and Todd Jones as Chief Investment Officer for its Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Syndication Platform. Both executives will be reporting to Greg Voyentzie, the CEO of Greystone Real Estate Capital.
Laubinger brings over 25 years of experience in affordable housing production from her time at Boston Financial, making her a valuable addition to the team. With 19 years of experience under his belt, Jones has raised over $11 billion for tax-advantaged investment funds throughout his career. Together, they will work towards expanding Greystone Real Estate Capital’s reach and supporting the preservation and construction of affordable housing communities across the United States.
According to Voyentzie, with access to Greystone’s diverse financing platforms, resources and relationships he is confident that they can make a significant impact for both existing clients and new partnerships alike. He also expressed excitement about building a strong team within an entrepreneurial organization like Greystone.
