"New Buc-ee's Location Announced for Mebane: Bringing Big-Time Convenience to a Small-Town Community"

In the town of Mebane, North Carolina, the approval of a Buc-ee’s gas station is causing quite a stir. The town council unanimously voted in favor of building this Texas-based travel center on a 32-acre site where I-40 and I-85 intersect. This decision was met with great excitement as nearly 100 people gathered to witness it.

The plans for this Buc-ee’s location include a massive 74,000-square-foot building with 120 fueling positions and approximately 650 parking stalls. In addition, there will be amenities such as electric vehicle charging stations and designated areas for buses or RVs to park. With an estimated workforce of over 400 employees (225 full-time), this store will bring numerous job opportunities to the area.

CSMS Management acted on behalf of Buc-ee’s in purchasing the vacant field for about $12 million from Crow Holdings who owns an adjacent industrial project. This major development marks significant growth for small-town Mebane without compromising its charm.

This exciting news has been making waves throughout Mebane and beyond as residents eagerly anticipate the arrival of their very own Buc-ee’s gas station – bringing convenience and employment opportunities to their community.
