Paravel Capital has recently announced plans to begin phase one of Lyndon Ranch, a three-story apartment complex along Loop 337 before year end.

Local real estate firm Casey Development is planning River Mill, which will include 900 apartments when complete; Coventry Homes is starting its third master-planned community in the area as well. Paravel’s project calls for 267,000 square feet with 300 units while phase two includes 100 build-to-rent units estimated for completion by December 2025.
