New Braunfels Thriving: No Signs of Slowing Down

Situated between Austin and San Antonio, New Braunfels is a popular destination for Texans looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of urban life without sacrificing convenience. Paravel Capital has recently announced plans to begin phase one of Lyndon Ranch, a three-story apartment complex along Loop 337 before year end.

The explosive growth in the area has attracted many developers hoping to capitalize on it. Local real estate firm Casey Development is planning River Mill, which will include 900 apartments when complete; Coventry Homes is starting its third master-planned community in the area as well. Paravel’s project calls for 267,000 square feet with 300 units while phase two includes 100 build-to-rent units estimated for completion by December 2025.

New Braunfels shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon as developers continue investing in this thriving city located conveniently between two major Texas cities – Austin and San Antonio!
