### T Bar M Camps & Retreats Plans $50M Expansion

T Bar M Camps & Retreats, located at 2549 Hwy. 46, is set to expand by an additional 20 acres, adding to its existing 60-acre property. The Christian camp, which hosts approximately 9,000 campers and 10,000 guests annually, is planning significant upgrades, including a new dining hall, maintenance barn, family cabins, amenities, and a welcome center. The project is designed by Assemble + Co. and managed by Schumann Consulting, with an estimated cost of $50 million, according to Community Impact.

The expansion will be completed in four phases. The first two phases are being constructed simultaneously to ensure smooth progress for the latter stages. Phase 1 will include a recirculating creek and pond, enhancing the camp’s natural setting.

During Phase 2, a 6,450-square-foot teen center and two family cabins, each measuring 18,150 square feet with 16 rooms, will be built.

Phase 3 will see the construction of a new 26,540-square-foot welcome center, which will be open to the public, further enhancing the camp’s community engagement.

This ambitious expansion aims to improve the camp’s facilities and enhance the overall experience for campers and visitors alike.
