The New Braunfels Commerce Center, a 651,010-square-foot industrial park located in the San Antonio suburb, was recently completed by Dallas-based developer CLX Ventures. The project took just over a year to build and features four buildings situated on 46 acres of land. Arch-Con Corp served as the general contractor for the development while Powers Brown Architecture designed it.
Conveniently located near Interstate 35 and Highway 46 on Goodwin Lane, these spaces range in size from 18,000 to 200,000 square feet with the smallest building measuring at139,000 square feet. All four buildings have real-loading capabilities and offer clear heights of up to32 feet.
Leasing for this new business park is being handled by Stream Realty Partners’ Kevin Cosgrove and Colton Perkins.
New Braunfels has experienced significant population growth over the past decade with a staggering increase of66%. As per recent census data,the community is now approaching100 ,000 residents. Additionally,the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce reports that there are plans for over2 million square feetof industrial development in progress within their city limits.
