New Art Program Announced for Seattle's U District Mixed-Use Project

Touchstone, Portman and Lionstone Investments have announced a new art experience at The Chapter Buildings, a mixed-use office, life science and retail development located in Seattle’s University District. NINE dot Arts is curating the collection with the intention of connecting the site to its local university community and city. It will include hand-painted exterior and interior murals as well as 2D works focusing on local talent.

Chapter Building I stands 12 stories tall with 240,000 square feet of office space plus ground floor retail while Chapter Building II is 10 stories high featuring 150,000 square feet of life science space along with ground floor retail plus rooftop deck amenity area.

Office leasing for both buildings is managed by Laura Ford , David Abbott , Greg Inglin from CBRE while Gibraltar handles all Retail leasing through Tracey Cornell , Laura Miller & Brett Frank – Looney .
