Lowe and Centennial have recently celebrated the grand opening of Paloma, a collection of 309 modern apartments located at MainPlace in Santa Ana. This development aims to revitalize the shopping center and create a dynamic mixed-use environment.
According to Rob Reitenour, Senior Vice President at Lowe, “As the development manager for Paloma, we utilized our expertise in residential and mixed-use projects to deliver this luxury apartment community at MainPlace.” The community offers an alluring lifestyle option that caters to diverse demographics while also providing much-needed housing for the city.
Paloma welcomed its first residents on September 15th and is currently accepting leasing applications. This new addition adds vibrancy to Santa Ana’s MainPlace Mall without mentioning any specific brands or companies involved.
