On Friday, Sperry announced that Discovery Property Group, Inc. in San Diego will be joining the company as an affiliate under the name Sperry-Discovery Commercial. This marks a new expansion for Sperry into the San Diego market.
Sperry-Discovery Commercial is led by brothers and co-founders Mark Powell and Frank Powell, who have over 20 years of combined experience in investment sales of commercial real estate in San Diego. Together, they have completed transactions totaling more than $250 million.
Mark Powell stated that their decision to join forces with Sperry was due to its reputation for having a strong network, innovative marketing strategies and dedication to client success. He also mentioned how well their values align with those of Sperry’s collaborative culture and emphasis on personalized service.
