"New Additions to Richardson's Northside Development"

A 36-acre mixed-use development is set to transform the area near The University of Texas at Dallas campus over the course of 15 years. Recently approved by the Richardson City Council, Wolverine Interests will lead this ambitious project which includes rezoning for nearly 3,000 residential units and a variety of amenities such as office space, retail and restaurant options, hotels, and an event venue. The development will be completed in seven phases with construction on the first phase expected to begin within the next year or so.

Known as Points at Waterview, this new addition will complement Northside’s existing development (see photo) where work on a UT Dallas DART station is currently underway. With approximately 8,200 beds available adjacent to UT Dallas upon completion of this project.
