“New Additions to Richardson’s Northside Development”

"New Additions to Richardson's Northside Development"

A 36-acre mixed-use development is set to enhance the area near The University of Texas at Dallas campus over the course of 15 years. Recently approved by the Richardson City Council, Wolverine Interests will commence work on this ambitious project. A rezoning has been granted for nearly 3,000 residential units as well as office space, retail and restaurant options, hotels and an event venue. The development will be divided into seven sections with construction expected to begin in approximately 12-14 months.

Known as “The Points at Waterview,” this new addition will complement the already established Northside community (see photo), where construction for UT Dallas DART station is currently underway. This expansion aims to increase housing capacity adjacent to UT Dallas by adding around 8,200 beds.

This exciting announcement marks a significant milestone in Richardson’s Northside Development without mentioning any specific company or location names.
