Federal Plaza, located in Rockville, Maryland, is excited to announce the addition of two new dining options: Torchy’s Tacos and Kura Sushi. The former Ruby Tuesday location will now house these popular restaurants.
Torchy’s Tacos will occupy 3,961 square feet at 12266 Rockville Pike and is set to open in early 2024. This marks the first Maryland location for the renowned restaurant chain. Kura Sushi, known for its revolving sushi bar experience, will take up 3,325 square feet at the same address and plans to open next summer – making it their debut in Maryland.
In addition to TJ Maxx and Ross Dress for Less stores already present at Federal Plaza , tenants can look forward to Micro Center electronics store opening soon as well as Trader Joe’s grocery store , DMV Iron Gym fitness center , and Mimi’s Handmade Ice Cream coming soon . Both leases were negotiated by Federal Plaza directly with Ryan Wilner of KLNB representing Torchy’s Tacos while Rene F. Daniel of Trout Daniel & Associates represented Kura Sushi .
