A well-known shopping center in Addison, Texas is set to undergo a major expansion. The Village on the Parkway, situated at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Belt Line Rd., is a popular 32-acre retail complex featuring eight buildings anchored by Whole Foods Market and AMC Theater. Recently, Puttshack has joined as a new tenant.
The upcoming $10 million project will add a three-story building spanning 45,600 square feet for retail and office space. Construction is expected to commence in December.
Design plans for the new building have been created by GFF while VOP Partners LLC acquired ownership of the shopping center in 2021.
This development marks an exciting milestone for this prominent North Dallas shopping destination.
