"New $70M Project Announced for Ft. Worth's Stop Six Neighborhood"

Located in the vibrant Stop Six community, Stalcup Urban Village is a highly anticipated mixed-use development situated at the intersection of East Berry Street and Stalcup Street. Spanning nearly 74,000 square feet upon completion, this project is part of a citywide initiative to revitalize older commercial corridors. Spearheaded by a public-private partnership between various firms and the city, this roughly $70 million venture aims to bring new life to an area that has long suffered from disinvestment.

The Dallas Business Journal reports that Dallas-based developer Lewisville-based Legacy Construction and the City of Fort Worth are leading this transformative project. With 38 multifamily units planned for Stalcup Urban Village, residents can expect modern living spaces ranging from approximately 500-1,000 square feet as well as larger live/work units spanning from about 1,400-3
