The boutique office building has recently undergone significant capital improvements including a renovated entrance and lobby as well as a penthouse amenity with an outdoor terrace and interior space.
The leases include one for law firm Clark Hill on the 19th floor spanning 4,500 square feet; another for consulting firm Compensation Advisory Partners on the 22nd floor covering10,000 square feet; and yet another for financial company Advantage Capital Holdings LLC on the21st floor also encompassing10,000 square feet.
