The leases were secured for three prominent companies: law firm Clark Hill (4,500 square feet on the 19th floor), consulting firm Compensation Advisory Partners (10,000 square feet on the 22nd floor), and financial company Advantage Capital Holdings LLC (10,000 square feet on the 21st floor).
