"New $250M Mixed-Use Project Unveiled on Surprise Site"

GTIS Partners and Clyde Capital have joined forces to develop a $250 million mixed-use, master-planned community in Surprise. The Asante Trails project spans 90 acres of land acquired by the two companies and will feature a build-to-rent community, retail space, and a medical facility.

Honor Health has secured 20 acres for the development of the medical facility. An additional 45 acres will be dedicated to creating a multi-phase retail center at Pat Tillman and 163rd Avenue. This area will offer various neighborhood entertainment options as well as essential services. GTIS will retain ownership of the remaining 25-acre parcel for their build-to-rent development called Tavalo at Asante.

Tavalo at Asante is set to include single-story homes (duplexes and detached) with one to three bedrooms each totaling up to 282 units. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a lounge area, resort-style pool, dog parks, and central park all within walking distance from their homes in this future neighborhood retail center.
