"New $250M Mixed-Use Project Unveiled on Surprise Site"

GTIS Partners and Clyde Capital have joined forces to develop a $250 million mixed-use community in Surprise. The Asante Trails project spans 90 acres and will feature a build-to-rent community, retail space, and a medical facility.

Honor Health has secured 20 acres for the development of the medical facility. An additional 45 acres will be dedicated to establishing a multi-phase retail center at the southwest corner of Pat Tillman and 163rd Avenue, offering various neighborhood entertainment options and services. GTIS will retain the remaining 25-acre portion for their build-to-rent development called Tavalo at Asante. This section will consist of single-story homes (duplexes and detached) with one to three bedrooms each. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a lounge area, resort-style pool, dog parks, and central park within walking distance from their homes in this future neighborhood retail center.
