The company recently announced plans for a $19 million luxury apartment complex at The Gate, a 40 acre mixed-use development along the Dallas North Tollway near John Hickman Road. Spanning over 100,000 square feet and featuring office space on ground level with apartments above it, construction is set to begin this September.
The Gate’s $1 billion mixed-use project offers high-end office spaces and retail stores as well as hotel accommodations and urban living options located within Frisco’s Platinum corridor adjacent to The Star (Home of the Dallas Cowboys Training Facility) and Frisco Station.
