Rooftop Hospitality Group LLC, renowned for its popular 230 Fifth Avenue Rooftop Bar, has recently secured a long-term lease with GFP Real Estate to establish a new rooftop restaurant and lounge atop the Garment District’s 520 Eighth Ave. Spanning over 15,000 square feet, this new establishment is set to open in early 2025 and will offer both dining options and an outdoor meeting space for tenants of the building.
Represented by David Kaye and Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate, both parties are thrilled about this collaboration. “Impressed by the unique concept presented by Rooftop Hospitality LLC,” said Kaye on behalf of GFP Real Estate as they identified their property at 520 Eighth Ave as an ideal location due to its close proximity to major attractions such as Penn Station, The Port Authority, MSG (Madison Square Garden), Times Square,and Herald Square.
