Key elements of this redevelopment include IP Commons, an expansive gathering space with a stunning glass ceiling; an 8,000-square-foot restaurant directly connected to the Rose Kennedy Greenway; The Aries Club, an exclusive amenity center for tenants featuring versatile spaces and outdoor terraces; revamped retail areas; as well as improved primary entrances with enhanced lighting and seating options.
