CommonSpirit Health has announced plans to construct a new 100,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) at the Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC) in Chandler, Arizona. The upcoming facility will expand medical services on the existing campus, which currently includes the hospital and several medical office buildings located near Frye Road and Dobson Road.

According to AZBEX, the new MOB will accommodate a variety of specialty medical practices and hospital outpatient rehabilitation services. Areas of care will include orthopedics, trauma, gastrointestinal services, brain and spine care, and thoracic specialties. The building may also feature space dedicated to employee training in support of hospital services.

Devenney Group Architects is overseeing the design of the project.

CommonSpirit operates more than 2,200 care sites across 24 states, employing 35,000 healthcare providers and 45,000 nurses. The Chandler Regional Medical Center is part of this expansive network and currently offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, heart and vascular services, cancer treatment, and women’s health care.
