A new mixed-use development is currently being built in the vibrant Arts District of Los Angeles. The project, located at 530 Mateo St., will consist of a six-story creative office building spanning 127,500 square feet and a 35-story apartment tower with 475 units. This one million square foot development is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024.

Carmel Partners has hired Mike Condon Jr, Brittany Winn, McKenna Gaskill, Pete Collins and Steve Marcussen from Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles to lead the leasing efforts for their latest project – Forge at Alloy.

The developers were attracted to this opportunity due to the high demand for commercial and residential spaces in the Arts District.
