Bandera Ventures has partnered with Invesco Real Estate to build two Class A facilities in Wilmer’s Southport Logistics Center: Building 1 spans 746,420 square feet and Building 2 covers 744,452 square feet. GSR Andrade Architects have been listed as the design firm while JLL team led by Kurt Griffin will be tasked with leasing out the property upon its third quarter delivery this year; an estimated $76 million investment into DFW’s booming industrial sector.
