NetJets Opens New Las Vegas Facility
CRE Market Beat Take
Rising NetJets flight volumes and a large dedicated campus signal durable demand for high-end private aviation infrastructure in the Las Vegas market, supporting long-term facility investment.

NetJets has opened a newly constructed facility in Las Vegas, marking an expansion of its presence in one of its most active destinations. The project is being developed in partnership with Signature Aviation and is intended to support elevated flight activity and client usage patterns in the market.

Las Vegas ranks among the top destinations for NetJets Owners, and usage has climbed meaningfully in recent years. Since 2022, demand has risen steadily, with flight activity increasing by nearly 45%, reaching almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025. The company reports that this momentum has carried into 2026, with demand in the year to date running nearly 30% higher than during the same period in 2025.

The new Las Vegas campus comprises more than 300,000 square feet of dedicated aviation infrastructure. The development brings together multiple operational components on one site, including a premium private Owner terminal, two hangars, an Executive Jet Management facility, a NetJets Service Hub, and expansive preferred-use ramp space to support aircraft movements and on-the-ground operations.

The private terminal is designed to serve NetJets Owners and their guests with a range of on-site amenities. The facility includes a lounge area as well as VIP conference rooms intended for private meetings. A dedicated family room is also part of the layout, providing a separate space for traveling families within the terminal environment.

Additional amenities at the terminal include a refreshment bar and a six-seat conference room that can also function as a private dining room. This space is equipped with audiovisual capabilities to support meetings and presentations. To further enhance service levels, the campus will feature a 2,500-square-foot full-service catering kitchen, which is being outfitted and will be operated by a third-party vendor once complete.

By consolidating terminal, hangar, management, and service functions on a single campus, the new Las Vegas facility is structured to accommodate elevated demand levels while providing dedicated infrastructure for NetJets and its Owners. The project reflects continued utilization growth in the Las Vegas market and aligns facility capacity with the company’s reported increases in flight activity.
