Adam Friedlander, Senior Vice President at Beta Agency, acted as the representative for both the seller and buyer of this 30,056-square-foot property situated at 1230 W. Henderson Ave. The transaction was finalized for $2,030,000.

Since its establishment in 2013,Rally’s has been a well-established presence at this location with four-and-a-half years remaining on its primary triple-net lease term.Friedlander commented that “the successful sale of this Rally’s restaurant is evidence of Porterville’s thriving commercial real estate market.” This accomplishment highlights our unwavering dedication to consistently delivering exceptional outcomes for sellers and buyers operating within the dynamic and evolving landscape of commercial retail space.
