Net-Leased Planet Fitness Location Divested by MJL Capital

Hanley Investment Group, an affiliate of Beverly Hills-based MJL Capital Partners, recently sold a newly renovated single-tenant property leased to Planet Fitness and located adjacent to Ventura College in Ventura for $6.4 million. Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko (Executive Vice Presidents) as well as President Ed Hanley represented the MJL affiliate while Brian Hughes from Ventura acted on behalf of the private investor buyer.

Asher noted that they were able to close escrow before the tenant was open for business or paying rent due to procuring a local all-cash buyer based in Ventura. The 24,600 square foot building is situated on 1.46 acres at 5171 Telegraph Road and features a 12 year triple net lease with one of America’s leading Planet Fitness franchisees .
