Marcus & Millichap recently closed the sale of a 2,350-square foot net-leased restaurant located in Batavia, IL for $2,050,000. Austin Weisenbeck and Sean Sharko of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office marketed the property on behalf of the seller – a Chicagoland limited liability company – while also representing and securing the buyer – a Wisconsin limited liability company.
The property is situated at North Randall Road and McKee Street in Batavia with construction completed in 2022 featuring an updated “Chipotlane” drive-thru. According to Weisenbeck and Sharko: “This was a relocation store for Chipotle which helped attract strong buyer interest.”
