**Net Lease Advisory Firms Unite Under New Brand, SURMOUNT**
Net lease advisory firms NNN Pro, STNL Advisors, and United Global Development Co have announced their consolidation under a new company and brand, SURMOUNT. The newly launched firm aims to provide comprehensive services for real estate investors on a global scale, including brokerage, sale-leaseback transactions, lease advisory, development, capital markets, and principal investing. SURMOUNT is headquartered in Midtown Manhattan.
Glen Kunofsky, a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and founder and CEO of both NNN Pro and STNL Advisors, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the new firm. Nicoletti DePaul will take on the role of Chief Operating Officer.
