### Neology Group Unveils Fourteen Main Street Residences in Miami

Neology Group has announced that its latest development, **Fourteen Main Street Residences**, located at 1470 NW 36th Street in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood, has received its **temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO)**. With 55% of its units already pre-leased, the **14-story, 180-unit high-rise** is set to welcome residents next month. A second phase of the project, a **five-story mid-rise with 57 units**, is also nearing completion.

The development offers a variety of living spaces, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from **450 to 1,000 square feet**. Select units feature private balconies. Residents will have access to **premium lifestyle amenities**, including a **12,000-square-foot rooftop pool and clubhouse**, poolside cabanas, coworking spaces, an **outdoor movie screen**, and a **fitness and wellness center**.

Recently, Fourteen Main Street secured a **$63.5 million refinancing deal**, which covered the repayment of a **$57.5 million construction loan**, ensuring financial stability for the project.

Neology currently **owns, manages, and operates over 1,000 apartments** in Miami’s urban core, with an additional **1,345 units in permitting or predevelopment** and **a pipeline of 3,155 more units** planned for South Florida.
