Lee & Associates successfully negotiated the lease of a 3,163-square-foot restaurant space in Riverwalk Plaza, located at 175 W Jackson Avenue, Suite 223 in Naperville, Illinois. The landlord for this premier downtown location was Naper Limited Partnership and they were represented by Michael Petrik and Rick Scardino from Lee & Associates.
The second-floor restaurant has been leased to U Sushi Club Rotary Sushi Bar. This exciting new concept will bring fresh energy to the space that has served as a staple for sushi and Japanese cuisine in downtown Naperville for many years.
