One Wingate Way East, a community designed for independent seniors in Needham, MA, has reached an exciting leasing milestone. Developed by WL Development and Wingate Living, 75% of the 69 residential units have been leased to residents.
According to Alexandra Schuster, president of Wingate Living: “Our goal with One Wingate Way East is to provide older adults with a vibrant and active environment in a luxurious boutique setting. The quick pace at which these units have been leased showcases the uniqueness of this project and we are eager to introduce it to the Needham community.”
Future residents will enjoy access to amenities such as a fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services,and gourmet dining featuring an impressive display kitchen. They will also be part of a collective campus alongside existing Wingate communities.
