Bulfinch Companies, a commercial real estate and Needham investment firm, has announced new leases, expansions, and extensions at 117 Kendrick Street in, Needham Massachusetts. The property was repositioned from office to life science space resulting in the signing of leases with ABio-X Holdings for 15,000 square feet; Xenon Pharmaceuticals for 17,000 square feet; Evolved by Nature for 43,000 square feet; as well as an expansion of co-working space provider Workbar’s existing 16k sqft lease to 27k sqft. Additionally, Warner Bros. Entertainment extended its lease at the building which is now 92% leased.
