In February, Constellation Real Estate Partners acquired land for a new industrial park located on Air Commerce Parkway for $33 million. The project will be jointly developed by Constellation and capital partners Northwestern Mutual. This prime location is adjacent to Orlando International Airport.
The upcoming development, known as Constellation Air Commerce, will span 972,079 square feet and consist of three buildings. Two of the buildings will have front parking and rear loading with sizes of 232,497 square feet and 283,580 square feet respectively. The third building will offer cross-dock loading with a size of 456,002 square feet. C4 Architecture and Florida Engineering Group were chosen to design the impressive Constellation Air Commerce Park.
According to reports from the Orlando Business Journal , this development is being built without any confirmed tenants at this time (as it’s still in its early stages).
