"NE Georgia Inland Port Acquires 66 Acres for Warehouse Development"

Alliance Industrial Company has acquired 66.75 acres of land near the Northeast Georgia Inland Port in Gainesville, Georgia. The company plans to construct two industrial buildings on the site, totaling 540,408 square feet. Building 100 will span over 113,536 square feet while Building 200 will cover an area of approximately 426,872 square feet. This new development will be known as Alliance Business Park.

The transaction was facilitated by Avison Young’s Chris Hoag, Jason Holland and Andrew Joyner on behalf of Alliance and they have also been appointed to handle leasing for the project. Norton Commercial’s Stephen Lovett and Zach Tibbs represented one of the four parcels of land involved in this deal.

Construction is set to begin in Q1 of next year with a projected completion date in early-2026. The location offers easy access to I-985 and is only within a short distance from I-85 which provides excellent connectivity for local as well as regional distribution channels.The park’s strategic positioning also allows tenants quick access to major logistics hubs such as UPS and FedEx.
