**NCRC Relocates to Wells Fargo Plaza Under New Ownership**

CBRE has facilitated a new office lease at 401 B Street—also known as Wells Fargo Plaza—in downtown San Diego on behalf of the building’s new owner, the Prebys Foundation. The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) has signed a long-term lease for 11,296 square feet in the 24-story tower.

NCRC will be relocating its operations to the 14th floor of the building, moving from its current office at 530 B Street.

Representing the Prebys Foundation in the transaction were CBRE’s Tyler Jemmett and Anna Barnes. CBRE’s Tom Turner and Bryan Bazzi represented NCRC in the deal.

“This transaction reflects continued demand for high-quality office space in downtown San Diego,” said Jemmett. “401 B Street offers a best-in-class environment for mission-driven organizations like NCRC, and we’re pleased to have supported both parties in achieving a successful outcome.”

The Prebys Foundation acquired the property, located in the City Center Business Improvement District, in April of this year. The lease marks the first of several anticipated office leases at the property under its new ownership.
