The Hub Raleigh, a 665-unit student housing property near North Carolina State University’s main campus, is being co-developed by Core Spaces and TPG Real Estate. The project spans nearly one million square feet and is expected to be completed by Summer 2026 in time for the 2026-27 school year.

Residents can also enjoy an extensive amenity package featuring both indoor (20,000 sq ft) and outdoor (26,000 sq ft) spaces such as a pool with hot tub, fitness center, fire pit area with outdoor kitchen/grilling space , communal clubhouse , coworking space , among others.
TSB Capital Advisors served as financial advisor for Core Spaces and TPG Real Estate on the venture which secured construction financing from Pacific Life Insurance Company.
PC Treehouse Construction – a joint venture between Power Construction & Core – has been appointed as the general contractor while Antunovich Associates leads the architecture efforts.
