The six-unit building is situated near Harvard University’s prestigious Harvard Yard and was originally built in 1889 in the Queen Anne style. It is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Richard Hapgood House.

Nauset worked closely with their project team to ensure that all renovation standards set by both the Cambridge Historical Commission and National Park Service were met to preserve its historic charm and character intact. The project was completed in August and tenants have already begun moving into their new homes.
