KLNB’s Vice President, Austin Eber, and Principal, Chuck Breitenother, have successfully negotiated two retail/flex leases for High Road Schools. This national provider offers special education and alternative education services for K-12 students. The leases cover two locations in Maryland: an 11,818-square-foot space at 834 Old Philadelphia Rd. in Aberdeen and a newly constructed 10,080-square-foot space at 8450 Broadband Drive in Frederick.
The landlord of the Aberdeen property was represented by Beetle Smith of Mackenzie while Danny Foit of SJP represented the landlord in Frederick.
High Road Schools currently operates 14 locations throughout Maryland and its parent company Specialized Education Services Inc., (SESI) has over 195 private schools nationwide as well as classrooms within school districts. The new location set to open this Fall is located in Frederick while the Aberdeen location will serve as a relocation site for their current High Road School of Hartford County with plans to welcome students starting Fall of2025.
