Transwestern Real Estate Services announced on Monday that five of their brokers based in the Chicago and Rosemont offices had been recognized nationally for their performance excellence during 2022 National Recognition Week (NRW). Joe Karmin, Justin Lerner and Cece Conway were honored for their impressive transaction volume, earning them a spot in the firm’s prestigious Champions Club. Larry Serota was also among this year’s Champions Club winners as well as being awarded an Excellence in Collaboration award and Capital Markets Deal of the Year award. Ross Lehrman received recognition with a Young Guns award for his contributions to Transwestern’s Midwest region through deal sourcing, business development and execution.
Greg Munson, executive managing director of Transwestern’s Midwest Region commented “I am proud to see five members from our region receive acknowledgement for all they have achieved this past year.” He went on to say “The success we saw throughout 2022 is testament not only to these individuals but also those who inspired them.” Additionally, Serota was one of two brokers nationwide chosen by Robert Duncan – chairman at Transwestern -to be presented with Founder’s Award; the firm’s highest honor bestowed annually.
