### National Ramp Signs Long-Term Lease at Lincoln Logistics Rockland

Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) has secured a 109,450-square-foot, long-term lease with National Ramp, a leading provider of residential and commercial ramping solutions. The lease, located within the Lincoln Logistics Rockland distribution center in Valley Cottage, NY, supports National Ramp’s goal of maintaining its footprint in Rockland County while expanding and modernizing its corporate headquarters.

“This lease is indicative of the flight to quality and the strong demand that exists for modern, strategically located distribution spaces tailored to today’s logistics challenges,” said Lance Bergstein, CEO of LEG. “With state-of-the-art design and prime connectivity, LEG’s facilities continue to attract businesses looking to streamline operations and support long-term growth.”

Newmark’s Adam Petrillo represented the ownership in the lease transaction. With this deal in place, 110,550 square feet of space remains available at Lincoln Logistics Rockland. The distribution center is strategically located less than five miles from Interstate 287 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway, offering proximity to three major airports and the Port of Newark/Elizabeth.
