The retail team at KLNB, consisting of Principals Dimitri Georgelakos, Veronica Kamara, and Billy Kelly, successfully negotiated a 30,400-square-foot lease for national indoor pickleball facility company Dill Dinkers at Sully Place Shopping Center in Chantilly. The center is located at 13954 Metrotech Dr.
KLNB acted as the representative for the landlord in this transaction while Rick Solano represented the tenant. Headquartered in Columbia Maryland, Dill Dinkers offers dedicated indoor facilities for players of all levels to enjoy pickleball.
Dill Dinkers will be occupying space previously held by Babies R Us which brings the shopping center to an impressive 99% occupancy rate. “Our team continuously finds innovative ways to secure top-tier tenants even in challenging markets,” says Georgelakos.
