Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJCP) has announced five new tenants for Nashville Warehouse Co., the city’s first large-scale mass timber project. Located on the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street in Wedgewood Houston’s arts district, 91% of this mixed-use campus is now leased. Completed in August 2021, its architectural details include a gable roofed office building reminiscent of traditional rail sheds with exposed timber beams adding distinctive charm. The development features 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, public pedestrian spaces and an acre green space.
The newly added tenants are HERO, CAMP 615, The Malin , Hensel Phelps , Trend Management and Maynard Nexsen . Once complete it will offer more than 30 retail storefronts; 35K sq ft restaurants/bars; 148K sq ft class A offices & over 400 residential apartments . This exciting venture is sure to bring vibrancy to the area!
