Nashville Warehouse Co. Welcomes Five New Office Tenants from AJ Capital

Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners has announced five new tenants at Nashville Warehouse Co., the city’s first large-scale mass timber project. Located on the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street within Wedgewood Houston’s arts district, this mixed-used campus is now 91% leased. Completed in August 2021, its architectural details include a gable roofed office building emblematic of traditional rail sheds with exposed timber beams for distinctive charm. The development features 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, public pedestrian spaces and an acre of green space.

The new tenants are HERO, CAMP 615, The Malin , Hensel Phelps , Trend Management and Maynard Nexsen . Once complete , this mixed – use project will offer more than 30 retail storefronts , 35000 square feet for restaurants & bars as well as 148000 square feet for class – A offices plus 400 residential apartments .
