The highly anticipated downtown Nashville tower has been on the radar of residents for some time, and new information has recently emerged about Hensler Development’s Olive at Peabody Union project.
Scheduled to open in April, the 27-story residential tower is a joint effort between Hensler Development Group, Stiles Corp., and PGIM Real Estate. The mixed-use development spans 4.6 acres along the riverfront in downtown Nashville and includes a six-story office building in addition to the apartment tower. With 354 units ranging from 1,179 square feet to 2,585 square feet, Olive at Peabody Union will offer spacious living options for its residents. The prime location on Cumberland River also boasts luxurious amenities such as a speakeasy sky lounge, pool and hot tub area,and fitness center.
